Shipping and Delivery Policy

Somiket is a service-based digital marketing agency. We specialize in offering 100% digital services to interior designers and home decor brands. As such, no physical goods are shipped or delivered.

Nature of Delivery

All our services — including but not limited to Meta & Google Ads setup, social media management, CRM automation, website and landing page development, branding assets, and digital consultations — are delivered online. These may be provided via email, cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Notion), or virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Delivery Timeline

Once a payment is confirmed, our team initiates the onboarding process within 24 to 48 working hours. Service timelines vary by project and will be communicated clearly during onboarding.

Communication & Access

Clients will receive updates and deliverables through their preferred mode of communication (email, WhatsApp, or client portals). Access to assets, reports, or design files will be shared securely.

No Physical Shipping

As we do not deal in physical products, there is no shipping, logistics, or courier service involved in any part of our process.
